My five year old pool looked perfect but my wife and I noticed that each time we went in, we came out with a white residue on our skin. A friend told us about Calsaway, which would take out the calcium and other unwanted residue out of the pool without draining it. The process took just a couple hours and the result was a sparkling clear pool that was ready to immediately use. The water is now softer than our shower water. I was highly impacted by the recent article in the NY Times that said Lake Mead may not be usable in just a few years because of climate changes and heavy water use. Pool draining is a major cause of the water problem, and so I don't see why everyone doesn't do their part considering besides water saving, they're also saving money and time. Calsaway does a great job on my pool, and they're helping to save the planet one pool at a time. Highly recommended!

I want to thank Ken Scheer for making me aware of this process. I have two herniated discs in my back and my therapist told me to start doing water exercises. My pool was loaded with black algae and I didn’t want to swim in it but I knew I couldn’t drain it because it was too hot. Ken made me aware of this process and I was amazed at how well it worked. My son-in-law Paul had his pool done by this process and my pool was green in color and loaded with algae and mosquito larvae. I knew I could be fined by the state because of a green pool and the boys at Calsaway stated that we could clear up the pool. Calsaway removed all the algae and killed all the larvae. We have a negative edge pool that has a trench covered in very large cement blocks. Our pool decorative tiles were loaded with calcium and our steps had red algae on them. Not only did Calsaway remove the hardness and the red algae, to our amazement they even cleaned out our trench by removing the blocks and sucking out the buildup that was in the trench. We can’t thank them enough our pool is better than ever!!

Just wanted to thank everyone for everything you have done to help us with our pool! We were very happy with the treatment and Maghan was always very pleasant on the phone and took care of things quickly. Jon and Bryan did an excellent job on the treatment itself. Then our equipment went bad and your team was right there to help again! Jon and Dave came out promptly to fix our equipment. The water is still a little cloudy and we are working on that. But with properly working equipment things are getting back to normal! Thanks again we have been very happy with everything you have done!

You created a brilliant, sparkling pool of soft clean water in about two hours. Not that we were visually dirty because our service person, Rick Carter, the owner of Hum’n Bird Pool Service, weekly treated the water and had done so for six years. Rick had advised us that we were in need of draining the tired used water and we would have to do so when it got to the cold weather season. Dave and Jon arrived and it two plus hours we observed our tired, over used, water become a sparkling live gem, which I enjoy aqua jogging in every morning. Water is such a dwindling, precious commodity that draining millions of gallons from pools that have “tired or bad” water is an outrageous waste when Calsaway’s system is only a phone call away.

The pool had been remodeled approximately 4 years ago and we were getting piles of calcium flakes all over the pool and it was not quite as clear as it used to be. We called Calsaway and in just over two hours they cleaned the pool and you can see heads or tails on a dime in the 8 and half foot deep end.
